Restricting Functionality For Earlier Settings

Hi,

With the rise in interest for Cold War settings, it would be fantastic to be able to fit the Hornet into a Late Cold war scenario by disallowing the use of things like the HMD or MIDS.

We already have the ability to swap out the HMD for NVGs, so I don't imagine it would be terribly difficult to give mission editors the option of disallowing the HMD entirely. Perhaps it could also be done on a mission date basis, like the GPS functionality.

yes, please, personally i'd add link-16 to that list of possible restrictions as well, would be fantastic if we could have a better ability to at least stretch the module into late 80s or 90s scenarios where it actually can have a threat to fight against
