ACLS notworking - plz help

Hey guys,

 

So I'm having trouble with ACLS. I can get everything working, the tadpole pops up, etc.

 

However, when I go to click on AP, CPL mode, it goes into either CPL TCN or CPL HDG.

 

What am I doing wrong?
