Pedditte
Hi. I've red with "search" on this forum that many other guys have the same problem. This is mine: I use a x45 Saitak. All work properly, but the axis for Radar Horizontal Slew don't work. For Horizontal/Vertical slew I've set the two axis of throttle quadrant (Rotator0 and Slider1), but only one of this two work. The Vertical work, the Horizontal don't work. I've just try to change them between they, but with the same result: Horizontal Slew never work. There is another solution? Or is a "bug" of Lock On? Thank You!
redeagleGER
as far as i know the horizontal axis cant be directly set on the rotator like the vertical can. i use little trick in the saitek software for this: create 3 zones on the rotator: e.g. 45% 10% 45%. into the outer zones u programm the scan zone left/right key button from the keyboard. middle stays CLEAN. in practical terms u rotate left/right AND THEN BACK TO MIDDLE POSITION because u dont want a key input all time. to scan to the opposite side you do this procedure twice. u got the idea i guess :smartass: [sIGPIC]http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/5156/sig1ck8.jpg[/sIGPIC]
S77th-konkussion
Why not use the ministick set up with key commands? FWIW- I used a combo of a mapped "shift" with the ministick for scan cone, and the ministick alone for TDC slewing.
