Suggestion for deconflicting Normandy 1&2: bundle them

Seeing the discussion about continuing to sell Normandy 1 after Normandy 2 releases, in order to support older campaigns. 

I would propose a better solution would be to include the Normandy 1 map in all purchases of Normandy 2,and focus the Normady maps on late WWII while the Channel map focuses on early war.

This would deconflict which Normandy map people should get in the future, and should help promote migration to the final map.
