Xbox one controller for camera controls?

So, I'm trying to get more and more into filming DCS stuff just cause why not, but I don't really understand the keys and controls or how to use them past the most basic stuff,

 

I was wondering 2 things,

1) is there a complete list somewhere of all the buttons and what they do

2) has anyone tried mapping them to an Xbox controller? Would it even work?

 

I have plenty of experience with keybinds and the like so I'm not worrying about that bit, just would it be a workable controller for filming?

That one was out of date so I made my own...

Didnt realise there was so much, looks like the next step is to drill down and get the controller working
