Role Selection Screen customization for a multiplayer server

I'm creating a multiplayer mission that has multiple roles on each side, and I'm trying to figure out how i customize the role selection screen to group the planes nicely for each area. Such as Mobetta and Sidewinders servers. How would I go about that?
