2 Monitors

[NIAGARA MOHAWK]

my question is , if i setup 2 monitors , can i have the map or kneepad show up on the second monitor instead of the main screen ??  thank you ,

if so ?  is there a specific set up or is it just drag it over with the mouse curser == thank you ,..
