Allow M.E. Templates to include units of different types and retain all TACAN/ICLS etc settings

as title says.

Creating a Carrier Group it's currently impossible to include a SAR Helo, Tanker and AWACS as part of it. 

Also all tasks i.e. ActivateBeacon etc get lost when saved. 

Also waypoints, follow commands etc..
