Replay Camera controls changed?

Hi guys! 
 

I’ve just tried to do some video capture from a replay as I have done many times. 
Am I going mad? But the keys I used to use for, let’s say moving the camera position around in F4 view no longer work?! ie RightCntrl + RightShft and the num keys? 
 

It’s doing my head in. 
sorry if this has already been asked. I’ve tried searching but can’t find my answer. 
 

I’m hoping one of the prolific cinematic content makers read this and help!!
