Sorry if this doesn't belong in here but thought it would be of interest to all Longbow aficionados, I modded my x45 so the stick stays put , like the clutches in VKB base or Virpil. takes 15 minutes, some small 1/4 to 5/8 hose clamps and some mechanical skill !  Also have to cut a slot in the clear plastic gimbal " bearing" I used a dremel cutting wheel which went quick then cleaned up bits of melted plastic around slot then put hose clamp over the bearing put on black gimbal end and tighten until stick feels good but doesn't fall with gravity. . Sorry should've took more photos but it's pretty self explanatory, and the great thig is it works well. No more trimming .  Also took rudder tiller spring out and it has enough resistance in potentiometer that i didn't need to mod anything to tighten it down. So no trimming in yaw or stick. Everything stays put . cost me 5 bucks for the hose clamps. I also long ago removed stick spring and the piece it rode on , with the round plastic  spring carrier piece removed I could pull stick through enough from bottom to get both gimbal bearing plates out to get clear plastic pieces off. If I go back to fix wing I'll use my back up X56 🙂  I've had this x45 since at least 2005.
