Campaign Mission 1/2 Heading issue?

The Ai is not landing/starting on the runway the campaign is told you to land and in mission 2 bianco says 17nm heading 246° from TACAN 16X. In briefing it says 17nm 246° from TACAN 31X and the best, Ki lead is flying 360° from TACAN 16X. xD

So Briefing doesnt fit what bianco is saying during the mission and he is not flying the route he is telling you to fly.

Same as above. Also after landing on Runway 26 I was told to turn left at the end. AI goes right and after following the mission complete notice pops up.

And fast forward one year, and it's still the same 

I guess we're coming in after a long flight (mission one that is), but the plane is stuffed with fuel, why? At least the drop tanks should be empty by now?
