Does the BS3 match hotas control positions?

I've noticed that when doing a cold start my physical collective is at zero but the virtual one is at around 30% as an estimate.

When the hydraulics come online and the cyclic centres itself the collective stays in the same place unless you physically reset it.

Makes for exciting start if running an auto start with time acceleration on

Interestingly enough, I couldn't repeat this behaviour last night, perhaps it was just a glitch with my throttle?
