M60A3 Desert skin not showing on either static or normal tank

I can see a desert colored .dds file in the skin folder and in model viewer.  The skin doesn't load in model viewer or in the game though.  Model viewer seems to be loading the summer skin in place of the desert skin even though it clearly opens the .dds file from the desert skin.  Any info or help on this would be great, thanks.null
