Top Gun Maverick Adm. Solomon ‘Warlock’ Bates

I’m just watching Too Gun Maverick and had a feeling that I’d recognised the voice of actor Charles Parnell in the film. Is this the same person who provides the voice for the tutorials in DCS ie the A10C?
I’ve googled it but can’t find any written confirmation.

I believe the voice in the A-10 tutorials is Wags, but I could be wrong.
