Question for server admin : Mission Length and Mission pool ?

Here are some questioon for server admin of dedicated server :

 

1 - How do you manage the mission length ?

I have a pool of mission, and i would like that after x hours, the server load the next mission in the pool.

 

2- Is there a way for a client to select a mission, which is in the mission pool on the server, when the admin is not connected ?
