Captnemo2 Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 When setting up the bindings for flight controls, DCS has one set for Rudder Left/Rudder Right in the Flight Controls pull-down tab. Further down the list there is another setting under the Axis Commands pull-down tab, that says Rudder. Why both settings and do both of these settings need to have a binding or is the Rudder Left/Rudder Right sufficient? Thanks
rob10 Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 (edited) The flight controls assigns the commands to a keypress. The axis binding assign it to an axis. If you're using any sort of controller j(ie joystick, rudder pedals) ust assign under the axis binding (and make sure it hasn't defaulted multiple binding to the command). If you're only using a keyboard (good luck) then assign them to the key bindings instead. You can leave any default keyboard bindings even if you aren't using them. They won't cause issues. On 2nd look appears you have a joy Z Axis assigned to your rudder. That's what you want. don't assign it to Rudder Right/Left Edited January 17, 2023 by rob10 1
