So I needed to source a replacement. In the UK it is quite difficult to find a reasonably priced one. Even Ebay has them at elevated prices these days. Anyway, I temp used the hat clip that also came with the original TracIR5 package but I felt it was not as accurate as the Pro clip. Dilemma! I searched online and found this site which is a small UK business (might even just be one guy! Who manufactures an affordable replacement for the TrackClip Pro! And! It is more robust for sure https://swcproducts.com/ I have mine clip tied to the original Track Clip pro which then sits nicely to the left and slightly out. Some slight tweaks to the TrackIR profile and voila, in business again. There is even a wireless version that uses a small power bank attached to the headset too. I am not an affiliate of this company but just wanted to highlight another option like the Delan Clip which is affordable and more robust than the TrackIR Pro Clip. Happy flying all!
