I am doing the 1st mission of " F/A-18C Rise of the Persian Lion Campaign" I get up to the put to put my right Throttle in Idle, but no matter what I have it bind to the Throttle does not move. I have been looking for answers for two days. Everything works in Training, no problem, just not in the Campaign. HELP PLEASE!!

Make sure you are binding it under F-18 SIM bindings.  Likely you've bound it under F-18 GAME.  It will work fine in training bound under game, but the mission likely forces SIM bindings (that actually applies to all your bindings, they'll need to be under SIM).
