DCS-BIOS FP Fork Ethernet Support Help

For the past month or so I have been working on adding Ethernet support to the DCS BIOS FP Fork. I have managed to get a lot done but can't figure out how to implement the final part of actually getting the Arduino to process the UDP packets.

Nothing is special about the repo besides requiring supported hardware. Uses the Ethernet library in the vanilla Arduino IDE.
