make NS430 usable on all DCS aircraft

would love to see the NS430 an available option for all airframes. Not sure what the reasoning is for restricting its use since IRL the 430 could be used in any airframe. thanks

In Mig 21 i thing will fit perfect in place were camera is mount, right from collimator
