Lucarrr Posted February 25, 2023 Posted February 25, 2023 Please implement hand tracking for Pico 4 ! May be via OpenXR, support is already announced. It looks great an can't be very difficult. I had the choice to use a brand new HP Reverb G2 v2 which was replaced because of a failure, but decided to buy a Pico 4 and sold the G2. That was a great choice and I dont't ´regret it for a second: - Much better Sweetspot!!! Very important for flight simulations. - Much less god rays thanks to the pancake lenses. - Same resolution as HP Reverb G2. - Usable without cable. - About 90% of Reverb G2 clarity. - Much less problems with the controllers. They work perfect out of the box and may be improved via assigning the mostly unknown touch functionality of some buttons. - Colors are out of the box a little bit worse than G2, but you can pimp it up with Reshade to the G2 level. The only "problem" is the need for alot of computing power. I use a I9-13900k, a RTX 4090, 128GB of DDR4 RAM (way too much, I know!) and fast WLAN ax with 896 Mbit/s near the glasses (using Virtual Desktop) so it's no problem. No stutters, lags or artifacts.
