Wheel texture mismatch for trucks

Wheel textures for all civil traffic vehicles (three vehicles on the left) 

wheels.bmp
and large airfield tankers ATZ-60 in Maykop airdield, are the same as for a 
VAZ-2109 passanger (car on the left).

However, the truck on the right (added in the editor as KAMAZ-4310) has different wheel textures 
than the truck of the same model on the left.
