Random flicker

The game randomly flickers.

And this is kind of weird, I bought a new K/B (Wooting Two HE) and now in Options/Controls I have 5 columns that have the same heading that say: "Controller {Wooting Two HE (ARM)" and each heading has different random letters and numbers.
