DCS: AH64_VR_Hanger Flicker Issue

Hello.

Current problem: 
Upon opening Steam>DCS, the main "Hanger" page in VR will flicker/not display properly. (See attached MOV)   
I searched forums for this issue but other 'flickering' or 'glitch' issues seem dissimilar from this visual abomination.

If I open DCS World Open Beta, VR works normally and I can fly P51, Huey in VR but the AH64 module will not load.   
I seek help troubleshooting the flicker issue as my goal is to play DCS: AH64 with VIVE Pro VR.   

NOTE: With my old PC, AH64 in VR worked but the RTX 2080 could not keep up. 
I upgraded to: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core, GeForce RTX 4080, 2TB SSD, 32 GB DDR5, 64bit, Win 10.
Since it is new PC, everything is a fresh install and I have attempted reinstallation a few times.

If you have recommendations I would appreciate you posting them here.
