Red and Blue Coalition? Where did the go?

Hi, I am building a mission and I want to have all planes for both sides, WW2, Cold War  and Modern. Usually I just make either side Red or Blue coalition, but lately I notice that neither Coalition is available in the "add aircraft" menu. Am I missing something? Thanks in Advance.

Please ensure that your historical filter (bottom center of screen) is turned off.
