1 How do I uninstall the Russian version its in Russian.Maybe a screen shot.

 

2 With the English DVD to be released soon.What retail stores will have it.Will Gamestop,Bestbuy ect...

I suspect the retailers will be announced it when it is entering circulation. I personally don't think there's any reason to pass up on the english download tho, unless you're holding out hope for a patch that converts the russian one to english.
