Hi all. For those who want to use your fragile modern jet the air bases below should work. Some runways are rather short (eg. Dinan, Kenley) and some parking places are on grass so watch it. All except 3 have runway lights.

FRANCE:

  • Amiens-Glisy [59]
  • Poix [56]
  • Beauvais-Tille [44]
  • Creil [46]
  • Evreux [26]
  • Conches [40]
  • *Carpiquet [19]
  • *Dinan-Trelivan [49]

UK:

  • Ford [31]
  • Tangmere [30]
  • Odiham [39]
  • *Farnborough [52]
  • Kenley [43]
  • West Malling [41]

[]=Air base number; *=no lights

Also, these have paved runways but taxiways are gravel or grass:

  • FR: Orly[57], Villacoublay[42], Saint-Andre-de-lEure[70], *Cormeilles-en-Vexin[45]
  • UK: Needs Oar Point[28]

Minsky's wonderful Aerodrome Data and Frequencies-collection does not yet include the new airports, but he posted the sheets for them in this thread:
