Help! Can't fly two missions in one session

I'm going crazy and I need some help.
I load DCS, go to fly a mission with the Apache. First session is smooth as butter. Fly, land, get killed, whatever. Try to fly another mission and when I get to the cockpit screen, is just a slideshow. I am not kidding. It takes 5 to 10 seconds to pan left or right.
Not only that, but the mouse is restricted to the right hand of the screen to about 1/4 of the screen. I cannot move the mouse to the left at all. It just disappears. When I hit ESC, I can use the mouse to select the Resume, Quit, Select Role etc screen. If I close DCS and load again in the Apache, again is smooth.
Im in VR. I have an i7 10700K at 4.8 64 GB Ram, SSD and 3080Ti. I am running Windows 11 Home
I removed everything from the mods folder and did a repair that reverted my DCS to vanilla but the results are the same.

Ended up uninstalling DCS and re-installing... Seems to be better
