CNS Almirante Lynch Radar Issue?

Hello, I am experiencing a possible bug when trying to target the CNS Almirante Lynch using the SU-25T with the Radar Detection Pod (forgive me forgot the name at top of head) as the Lynch should technically have at the least a FC radar signature for its guns but this is not showing up or being detected. I can freely target other vessels that have a radar and but this ship and the other CNS ship do not seem to be giving off any radar source for the Detection Pod anyways to pick up.. Not sure if this is a bug or intentional. *Edit* Also, I am using the MT DCS have not tried in non-MT mode.
