Ability to “fly with yourself” in DCS

 I was wondering if there's a setting (or a mod) to be able to record a flight, then stop and replay that recording in another aircraft, allowing you to fly in formation with yourself. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, there’s a video about an app that does what’s I’m talking about on MSFS called “Sky Dolly”. Video for reference:

Man... This is something! Rightnow I have to time to dive in (at work) but this is likely a revolutionary mod. I don't know why there's no attention to this mod yet.

EDIT: Sorry. Apparently I missed the MSFS part and I thought you or someone have done a mod for DCS World.  Yes I was dreaming...

You guys are dreaming. They can't even get the track system to work reliably at present, let alone let you add a second flyable plane. That said, it would be cool. I recall being able to race a "ghost" of myself in one of the car racing games.
