Jitter with Track IR and exported MFDs

Im not exactly sure how to explain this but Ill give it a go. I play with track ir on a lg c2 which is g sync compatible. Works great no issues, smooth as butter in camera movement via track ir when locked 60 or 120 fps. Now, when i turn on my external mfds track ir is jittery and the camera panning foes not feel smooth, rather jittery/hitching. This used to be resolved a while back using alt enter to force fullscreen. Alt enter does not work anymore, patched out from what I gather. I do have fullscreen ticked in the dcs options however it feels like its only fullscreen when not using my mfds due to track ir being smooth...v sync not used and i use msi afterberner to lock fps to 60 or 120. Also tried the nvcp fps lock.

 

Tldr; track ir jitters and ismt smooth using exported mfds, it is fine using primary monitor only no exports.
