Help with correctly identifying and assigning correct MFD names in SAP please

Hi, just done a re install and am struggling with getting the names of the devices to match correctly....

The left MFD is correctly assigned MFD1-L and in SAP, the MFD1-L button is green.

The MFD that identifies as MFD1-C has the green centre MFD1-C button illuminated, but its the right hand MFD in my physical mounted set up that responds to the controls.

The MFD that identifies as MFD1-R is actually mounted in the centre.

Is there any way to switch these designations without physically unmounting them?

Hi Mark,

I checked mine just now and seems you could use simappPro to electronically switch the ddi display id in the MFD Display tab. Do your display id match the location like you mentioned it does in the Device tab for [MFD1-L, MFD1-C, MFD1-R]. Both the DDI display id and MFD-1, MFD-2 , & MFD-3 match physical location on my displays.

It does looks like you should be able to switch electronically using one or both of those tabs.
