FedEx Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 (edited) I been playing Flaming Cliffs for about 1 year and a half with no problems, I install Black Shark and they both work next to each other fine until now. The problem im having is that when I join Hyper Lobby and join a server I get a message when FC starts to load. Message: Cannot Open.\Black Shark\BlackShark.lua: No such file or direcoty Uh im playing Flaming Cliffs, it was fine before it just started to happen like yesterday. I have look at the shortcut and it is to the right path Target: "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\LockOn.exe" Start in:C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On" It is strange that it would start to do this with out any changes on ither game, has someone seen this before? If so, it's your graphics card and you should switch to nVidia. :P (DISCLAIMER: I am not being serious and the main reason I faithfully use nVidia is that it's so much easier to follow just one line of products.) Anyways, that does seem like a strange problem. Where do you have DCS installed? Also, do you know how to verify that the windows registry entries have not had something weird happen to them? FedEx Posted March 1, 2009 Author Posted March 1, 2009 Mmmm I have and NVidia ;) well I don't really know if registry wack out some how, it is strange that It would hapen from one day to the next, it also happens when Im on single player mode not just with hyperlobby. FedEx Posted March 1, 2009 Author Posted March 1, 2009 (edited) It does it even with the desktop shortcut, strange it just started out of the blue, but once I click ok Flaming Cliffs starts up and the game works great. I don't have any problem with BlackShark they both working ok..... New Edit: It is now starting with BlackShark also, not just flaming cliffs now this is strange as hell, first flaming cliffs now blackshark is doing the same thing..??????
