Where to find the skin from the loading screen (the black one with the shark mouth)?

As the title says. I want that black skin with the shark mouth from the loading screen.

Just choose it from the Payload screen in the Mission Editor.

I am new to the sim, so perhaps this is a very stupid question:

 

Is it possible to set this skin as the standard skin for training, etc.? Which files would have to be put where, in case this is possible?

Same question here. Standard skin is dull.

When you use an actual version of DCSMax you can choose your favourite skin at startup. It then will be used as standard for missions.
