The FFG-Constellation class frigate is the first type of frigate rebuilt by the US Navy since the retirement of the last FFG-10 Perry class frigate, Kaufman, on 29/59/2015. However, the development pace of navies in other countries has significantly accelerated, with the quantity of large displacement of 10000 tons far exceeding that of the United States Navy.

This means that the unit price of the FFG "Constellation" class frigate with a total displacement of 6500 tons actually exceeds the world's most powerful 10000 ton class drive. The US Navy plans to provide services for 60-70 such frigates in the future, with a cost of nearly $6 billion, which is too huge.
