No communication with ground crew

Hello,

I just downloaded the 14-days trial of the AV-8B and want to try this beautiful bird.
Currently I am unable to contact the ground crew to remove the wheel chocks, place ground power, etc.

I am using latest OpenBeta MT version.
With easy communication on the ground menu is greyed out. (Same on F18 and F16 but there it works.) With easy communication off the menu is white but also no response from ground crew.

What am I doing wrong?
The canopy is open and battery is on.

Looking forward to your input as I don't know what's my mistake.

I solved it.
When placing the Harrier on an airfield it does not automatically get assigned a blue airbase like it did with F16 and F18. So I had to manually asign the blue coalision to the airbase. Then ground crew is available.
