14-Dec-2007 a few dedicated Lock On pilots decided that the time was right to shape a completely new online squadron, with new ideas, unique culture, a competitive approach and world-wide fame and presence. On the 15-Dec-2007 the squadron was officially inaugurated as the 51st PVO Regiment to honor a real, historical squadron that fly Su-27. Krymsk was chosen as the main base of operations. The mighty bison, a native regional wild animal, was proudly adopted as the squadron's icon. On the 1-Mar-2008 51st PVO Regiment was declared combat ready.

15-June-2019 "51st PVO Regiment" merged with "100th Virtual Shipborne Fighter Aviation Regiment" that exclusively fly Su-33 and operate from Admiral Kuznetsov aircraft carrier. The Regiment was founded on 19-Dec-2017. After decade long history in established regiment flying the Su-27, 100KIAP now operating from Admiral Kuznetsov-class aircraft carrier. Marlin was proudly adopted as the squadron's icon for being the fastest fish in the world. With other words, KIAP 100 main goal is to provide interesting challenge for DCS multiplayer community!Recruitment is now OPEN!

Requirements:
- High attendance in training and flights, at least once a week
- You should already have some experience in flying the Su-27, J-11, Su-33, Mig-29
- Working simulator setup. (TrackIR or similar, Joystick/HOTAS)
- Good internet connection
- Not part of any other squadron

Structure:
- An organized and structured squadron
- Dedicated IPs who will guide you through the whole training process
- Regular trainings and participation as a squadron in DCS events as SATAC
- We put accent on comradery and advise the same
