AAR TACAN

I can get TACAN to work for NELLIS AFB but not for my KC-135 for AAR.  I set TACAN to 45X on the tanker...F-18C picks it up fine but not the F-15E.

I ended up getting it working by deleting the refueler and creating again.  Now its working thank you.
