Unaware crew

Good morning.

I simulated an attack on an aircraft carrier group by several Su-34s loaded with anti-ship missiles. Most of the missiles were intercepted, but some were able to hit the aircraft carrier. 

But I realised that the crew of the aircraft carrier are completely unaware that they are being attacked. Would it be possible to improve the AI to make the crew run to save their lives or even drop dead?
