Emergency wingsweep handle has no aft boundary when using the mouse scrollwheel

Bug: When using the mousewheel to pull the wings back into oversweep the emergency handle returns to full forward position when reaching the aft movement limit.

 

Can I reproduce it 100%: yes (observed with the B variant; did not test with A)
