GBU-12 is ablative grey on plane - turns green on drop

As described in the title, today I noticed this issue while flying the F-14A for the first time after a long while: in short, the GBU-12s loaded on board appear ablative grey, as IIRC is used on naval aircraft, but upon dropping thebomb became "standard green":

The DCS version used is the latest Open Beta - Multithreaded version 2.9.0.47168.

That's because you can skin weapons as part of a livery, but once they leave the aircraft they will default to the textures on the core ED side. For multiple coatings or textures will or would require ED to add a more full livery system for munitions. Some bombs do have them but not all.
