[FA-18C] SYMPATHETIC RWR

The RWR in the FA-18C module appears to have a bug where all aircraft will recieve an RWR spike even when not in the vicicnity of the enemy. There are two pilots in our squad who were shot dopwn by the SA-11 because they believed it to be part of the bug they have been experiencing over the years. It also does not appear that the auto-chaff feature is working either. There is also very little warning when a missile is running you down.
