If you are willing to put the time and effort in, we will train you! Good behavior and a positive attitude are considered a basis for joining the team. It takes time to figure out if someone is a suitable candidate for the Nemesis Haw Squadron. First of all you should be able to enjoy what DCS has to offer and be available to work with the team. Good behavior and positive attitude are considered as a basis for joining the team. Please note that the most important thing for us is the fact that we are all connected as good friends!!! We will evaluate a candidate initially as a friend in this role and through training, missions and daily online interaction we can decide if he will join the team. If we decide to accept you as a candidate and join the Squadron then you should have attached the Tag Cdt (Cadet) (~NMS~ Cdt_) for as long as your training lasts and as long as you are active and flying with us on Squadron missions or on public Servers. Only if a candidate is at the level we want and fits the team, can become Nemesis Fighter Pilot (~NMS~ Pilot) almost from the beginning. Note about Cadets: First and foremost we want ACTIVE cadets, so please make sure you have the spare time to fly and be dedicated to squad matters We currently have pilots from all over the world and most flights are from 16:00z onwards as this seems to be the best suitable time we have found so far.
