Striped clouds

I would like to know why my clouds are so striped.

My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor                3.98 GHz

RAM 48GB DDR4 3200MHz

GPU RTX 4070

Monitor M27Q Gigabyte

I tried all settings in game and in nvidia panel.
V-sync ON/OFF
G-Sync ON/OF
Fix FPS

I can't figure anything out.
