GBU-54 Laser code change via sensor page

Not sure if this is a bug or the function just isn't implemented yet, but changing the laser code for the GBU-54 on the sensor page doesn't seem to actually change the bomb's code. Also, it doesn't reflect the change on the kneeboard if it's suppose to.
