Have you looked this response to your previous post?  You need to follow steps exactly, but it shouldn't be hard to get it set up properly.  Especially see the part about setting your monitor to winwing (not wwtMonitor).

I think I saw that and it turned out to be a resolution issue. Sorry, I know that's not much help, all that I can recall.
