How to Host Server Using IPv6

My ISP uses CGNAT for my IPv4 address and therefore does not allow port forwarding.

My understanding is that an IPv6 address should allow port forwarding.

I do have an IPv6 address configured in my router.

How do I configure my DCS server to use an IPv6 address ?

How do I get my colleagues to join my server using an IPv6 address ?

I have all the relevant ports open on my router and Windows firewall has the appropriate rules set.
