JTAC Target Priority Designation

Is it possible to assign priority for the JTAC?  I want to rely on the JTAC but its prioritizing insurgent technicals over armor!

JTAC goes through the groups like you set them up in ME. Put the armor in the first group and the insurgent in the second and than it should work.
Inside a group JTAC has no order.

I found FAC assign in the ME. this seemed to work.
