DCS Crashing on joining a server im Multiplayer

This happens almost 50% the time when joining a multiplayer server, after trying multiple times eventually i manage to enter

Bump your pagefile to 32GB (it's 12GB according to your log).  Generally you want at least 64GB between hardware RAM and pagefile and it looks like you only have 32GB RAM.
