Noise Jamming from Ground Units?

Hi all, 

I am looking to replicate some ground-based EW platforms to add another layer of complexity to an IADS network (like Krasukha). Are there are any scripts that can allow ground units to emit noise jamming like AI aircraft? I am hoping that I could get the effect of saturating an aircraft radar with several contacts and even, possibly, impacting inbound munitions such as Matador's Electronic Warfare Script. Sadly, his script is broken! Thank you all in advance for such an odd question.
